Terms of Service

Welcome to eduBox Tuck, a service provided by eduBox.store that allows parents or guardians to load funds into their child’s eduBox Tuck account for purchases at school tuckshops and participating retailers. By using eduBox Tuck, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Account Registration
To use eduBox Tuck, a parent or guardian must create an account on eduBox.store and register their child’s details. The parent or guardian is responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Failure to provide correct details may result in service limitations or account suspension.

Loading Funds
Funds can be loaded into the eduBox Tuck account via supported payment methods on eduBox.store. All transactions are final, and refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined in the relevant section. Processing times may vary, and funds will only be available for use once successfully credited.

Usage of Funds
The student may use the available balance to make purchases at approved school tuckshops and participating retailers. Transactions will be deducted from the wallet balance in real-time. The balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Parents or guardians should ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the student's intended purchases.

Merchant Participation
Only authorized school tuckshops and participating retailers accept eduBox Tuck payments. Merchants reserve the right to limit or restrict the items that can be purchased using eduBox Tuck. Some products or services may not be available for purchase, and acceptance of the wallet as payment is subject to merchant discretion.

Parental Controls and Monitoring
Parents or guardians can monitor transactions and available balances through their eduBox.store account. Spending limits may be set where the system allows, helping parents control how funds are used. Regular monitoring is encouraged to ensure responsible spending and prevent misuse.

Refunds and Disputes
Refund requests must be submitted through eduBox.store customer support. Refund eligibility is subject to school and retailer policies. Disputes regarding purchases should be resolved directly with the merchant; however, eduBox.store may assist in cases where further intervention is required. Refunds, if granted, will be credited back to the parent or guardian’s account and not as cash withdrawals.

Expiry and Inactivity
Funds in the eduBox Tuck account do not expire but may be subject to inactivity fees after twelve months of no transactions. Accounts that remain inactive for twenty-four months may be closed, with remaining balances refunded to the parent or guardian. Parents should ensure regular usage or request a refund before an account becomes inactive.

Security and Liability
Parents or guardians and students are responsible for securing their login credentials. eduBox.store is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised account security. In case of lost or stolen account access, customers should report immediately to customer support for assistance. eduBox.store will take necessary steps to investigate unauthorized use and may suspend accounts to prevent further misuse.

Amendments and Termination
eduBox.store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through official communication channels. Continued use of eduBox Tuck after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. eduBox.store may suspend or terminate eduBox Tuck services if misuse or violation of terms is detected. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed.
